The short version: if a file won't open, or you're not happy with the collection, message us through the contact form at https://marenscounter.com/pages/contact within 14 days of your purchase. We'll help you open it or refund you.

What you buy

The Kitchen Know-How Collection: three printable PDF books (What Actually Happens; The 7-Day Counter Plan; Counter Remedies + Kitchen Rituals).

Price: $8.99 USD, one-time. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. No subscription, no automatic renewals.

Payment: through our secure Shopify checkout. The payment options shown at checkout are the ones available to you.

How delivery works

Right after checkout, your order page shows download links for all three PDFs.

The same links arrive by email within a few minutes. Check your Promotions or Spam folder if you don't see it.

Download the files to your phone, tablet or computer and keep them. If a link stops working, message us and we'll send fresh ones.

Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs.

Opening and printing

The books open in any PDF reader. Pages are US Letter size. The counter notes in Book 2 (pages 19 and 20) can be filled in with a free reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader; some phone viewers can't fill forms, so they also print blank.

Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase, message us through the contact form at https://marenscounter.com/pages/contact with your order number (or the email you used) and tell us what went wrong.

If a file won't open, we'll first try to fix it or resend it. If you'd still rather have your money back, or you simply aren't happy, we'll refund the full price to your original payment method.

Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Because the books are digital, they can't be returned, so we ask you to delete your copies after a refund.
