These terms cover your use of this site and your purchase of The Kitchen Know-How Collection from Maren's Counter ("we"). By buying or using the books, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A digital product: three printable PDF books (What Actually Happens; The 7-Day Counter Plan; Counter Remedies + Kitchen Rituals). Nothing physical is shipped. The price is shown on the page and at checkout, in US dollars, plus any tax shown at checkout. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Your license

You may download, read and print the books for your own personal, household use, and print a recipe to share with a friend in your kitchen.

You may not resell, share, upload, or publish the PDFs or substantial parts of them, or use them to create a competing product.

All text, design and images remain the property of Maren's Counter.

Cooking and counter-card safety

You are responsible for cooking safely: read each recipe's allergen and safety lines, check your own ingredient labels, use the temperatures given, keep fermented jars under their brine and throw out any jar with mold or an off smell, and keep honey away from babies under 1 year old. For the body-care cards, patch test first, skip broken or irritated skin, keep products away from your eyes, and never put citrus juice on skin before going in the sun. Ovens, ingredients and results vary.

Limits of liability

The books are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

This site has no affiliate links. Maren's social media messages sometimes include an affiliate link for Pura Vida Moringa, and we earn a commission on purchases made through it. That product is sold by others and is not part of this collection.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
